Luminary Center for the Arts headed to Cherokee Street?

The Post-Dispatch says it's so (with a darkroom — squee!):
The Luminary Center for the Arts has announced plans to move to Cherokee Street next year, bringing more equipment, studio space and resources to Cherokee's burgeoning visual arts scene.

Luminary co-founder James McAnally said Wednesday that the center has an option to buy a former variety store at 2700 Cherokee Street.

    South Side Spaces has rental property in the area, specializing in Cherokee Street. They may have something or know of something.
