Chicken & Waffles a City Fresh Method
STAGED FRIGHT MEDIA and HUGO FLEMING look into the urban wilderness to find a collective of artists gathered for a celebration in the dead of winter. An entertaining and informative picture, Chicken & Waffles outlines how to slaughter and butcher a chicken, set to a musical score composed and performed by RAT’S & PEOPLE MOTION PICTURE PROJECT.  The short video offers a fresh look at the confluence of homegrown local food, music, art, and ritual gathering. The event was shot at the 2009 ARTICA Festival on the Mississippi River Front. Get your popcorn and get ready!
