Artica is a multi-disciplinary and participatory art festival that occurs annually on the north St. Louis riverfront. The mission of Artica is to inspire the people of the St. Louis metropolitan area to celebrate their unity and diversity, build community and develop a sense of respect for themselves and their surroundings by providing opportunities for creative self expression and communication.
