There is one office space available located in the Cherokee Place complex.
Owner Agent has already secured occupancy permit for space. There are restrooms, water fountain, alarm, and wireless internet that are covered by a small CAM charge. The spaces start at $200/month.
There is also one retail space available for $400/month it is over 400 square feet and includes utilities.
We also have a live work space under renovation that is 1200 square feet and available in October for $675/month plus utilities.
